COCONUT GROVE, Fla. - Thanks to excellent feedback and high satisfaction levels among its employees, One Park Financial has again been recognized as a Top Workplace. This is the sixth consecutive time that the company has achieved this success, which validates that they’ve gone above and beyond to keep their company culture thriving as their business keeps growing.
The Top Workplaces award, sponsored by the Sun Sentinel newspaper, is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.
